Morgan Scholarship at Lamar University in honor of his father, created the Morgan Charitable Fund, and established and is a permanent board member of the Cris E. Quinn Charitable Foundation. Mr. Morgan earned a B.B.A. from Lamar University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Morgan has significant management, risk management and strategic planning skills important to the oversight of our enterprise and operational risk management.
