Stephen K. Swinson serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Swinson currently serves as President and CEO of Thermal Energy Corporation (“TECO”), a not-for-profit district energy system. TECO is the largest district energy chilled water system in North America. Mr. Swinson has served in this role at TECO since 2005. Mr. Swinson graduated from Auburn University with a degree in mechanical engineering and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
