Mr. Sheridan’s retirement in 2004 and his absence from Faygo Beverages, Inc. qualify him as an independent director for the Company. Mr. Sheridan’s more than 30 years of experience in the beverage industry and his professional management expertise as a chief executive in the soft drink industry make him extremely familiar with our business.
