He has served as a director since 1993 and was President of the Company from 1993 to March 2015. His leadership experience and knowledge of the Company and the industry in which we operate, including over 40 years’ involvement with publicly held REITs and extensive experience with industrial real estate, provide valuable insight to the Board in formulating and executing the Company’s strategy.
