Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1987 as a software engineer, Ms. Hill has held positions of increasing responsibility including: Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development; Vice President & General Manager of Cyber, Ships & Advanced Technologies; Vice President & General Manager of Information Systems & Global Solutions Civil business; Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit; and Vice President & General Manager of the Electronic Systems Mission Systems & Sensors business. Ms. Hill sits on the Board of Directors for Project Lead the Way, the nation’s leading provider of K-12 Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) programs, and also serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Ms. Hill has been recognized for her career achievements and community outreach, especially in the advancement of STEM education. In 2018, Black Enterprise named Ms. Hill as one of the “most powerful executives in corporate America.” She was recognized as one of Computerworld’s 2015 Premier 100 IT Leaders and one of Maryland’s 19th Annual International Leadership Awardees by the World Trade Center Institute.
