Glenn J. Rufrano serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rufrano served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O’Connor Capital Partners, a privately-owned, independent real estate investment, development and management firm that he co-founded, from November 2013 through March 2015. He also served as a director for Columbia Property Trust, Inc., a publicly traded commercial real estate REIT, from January 2015 until March 2015. Previously, Mr. Rufrano was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., a privately-held commercial property and real estate services company, and a member of its Board of Directors from March 2010 to June 2013. From January 2008 through February 2010, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Centro Properties Group, an Australian-based shopping center company, and from April 2007 through January 2008, Mr. Rufrano served as Chief Executive Officer of Centro Properties Group U.S. From 2000 until its acquisition by Centro Properties Group in April 2007, he served as Chief Executive Officer and director of New Plan Excel Realty Trust, a commercial retail REIT. He presently serves on the Board of New York University’s Real Estate Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“Nareit”) Advisory Board of Governors. Since June 2015, Mr. Rufrano has also served on the Boards of Directors of the following non-listed REITs: Cole Credit Property Trust V, Inc. (“CCPT V”), Cole Real Estate Income Strategy (Daily NAV), Inc. (“INAV”), Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II), Inc., and Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT III), Inc. (“CCIT III”). From June 2016 until February 2018, Mr. Rufrano served on the Board of Directors of Cole Credit Property Trust IV, Inc.
