Dr. Ribeau served as President of Bowling Green State University for more than 13 years prior to that time. Dr. Ribeau serves on the Board of Trustees of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA). He is a member of TIAA’s Human Resources Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee and Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee. Dr. Ribeau has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Convergys Corporation from 2001 through 2008 and The Andersons, Inc. from 1997 through 2008. Dr. Ribeau received his B.A. from Wayne State University and his Master’s and Doctorate from the University of Illinois.
