Tighe Ph.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company Vice Admiral Tighe served in the U.S. Navy for 38 years, including leadership roles in the Navy and for the National Security Agency, prior to her retirement in 2018. She most recently served as the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare and Director of Naval Intelligence, and as a managing director of the U.S. Navy’s Corporate Board.
